The Cyprus Study Circle
is a leading Philatelic Society affiliated to
ABPS. Formed in 1974 by people interested in
the stamps, postal history, and postal markings of the Local and International Postal Services of the Island of Cyprus throughout the ages.
We are now one of the leading lights in using technology
to both store and distribute our accumulated philatelic knowledge.
OUR OBJECTIVES
-
in addition to the study of the stamps and Postal History of Cyprus,
is that of assisting our members in the advancement of their
knowledge. Assisting with philatelic research through study. Acting as a link to other Societies with similar interests.
Our studies are reported in our publication the Cyprus Circular Post
and by the production of
Study Papers.
These publications
embrace our accumulated philatelic knowledge from 1974. The society has produced compendium CD's for both the
all
published Circular Post's
published from May 1974 to date, plus all Study Papers released
to date.
These CD's may only be purchased by our
members -
if you are a collector of Cyprus Philately, you need access to this
information.
